The U.S. Navy Body Fat Method

This calculator uses the U.S. Navy circumference method, which estimates body fat from height, waist, neck (and hip for women) measurements. While not as precise as DEXA scans or hydrostatic weighing, it's a reliable and widely-used estimation method.
